Infants - Taking care of
infants in incredibly demanding. Each infant has different needs and
each need must be met! Low infant to teacher ratios are very important
to us. Monitoring, feeding, and daily care is essential to the needs
of our infants and every actions is documented. Our warm and loving
atmosphere gives these children a safe and secure feeling. This helps
them in the physical separation from their parents during the day.
Toddlers - Toddlers are
naturally curious. At our center, children can explore their world in
a safe surrounding. Teachers are encouraged to let the children hold
and identify items, talk, walk, feed themselves, and accomplish potty
training. Treating each child as an individual is most important at
this point in their lives. We help each one start developing his or
her own full potential.
Preschool - Four through five
year olds are beginning to prepare for school. Our teachers begin to
provide a more structured learning environment for the children, so
that each child will have a strong foundation for their elementary
school years. Activities such as recognizing the alphabet, exploring
arts and crafts, eye-hand coordination, and problem solving tasks are
all used at Dimples Daycare. |
